• Evanston's well-loved BAKERY, famous for its Lemon Knot and Carmelita Cookies. On our tour through the kitchen, we will see this hands-on bakery at work creating sumptuous cakes, cookies, and pastries. The owner is a member of the US Baking Team for the 2005 World Cup competition in Paris.
